Little League hosts International Tournaments for the 8-9-10 and 9-10-11 age divisions in both baseball and softball but the tournament ladder includes only the District and State levels.  These age divisions do not compete at the Region or World Series levels.

The Tournament of State Champions are actually "Special Games," and are held at the "region" level.  The hosts are approved by the Region and Little League for Special Games and insurance is in effect.  State Champions are invited to participate in the TOSCs by the host league.

Each of these tournament hosts take on the expense of the tournament and do not receive expense reimbursement from Little League.

Parents and Players are responsible for their own expenses, including travel, lodging and meals.  There is no mileage reimbursement for these tournaments.
