      • New for 2024:   ALL Little League volunteers must complete the Adult Abuse Awareness Training by USA Baseball in addition to the annual background check and Little League Volunteer Application
      • Promote emotional and mental wellbeing of your athletes
      • Be sure all potential Tournament Managers/Coaches have completed the Diamond Leader Training
      • Complete work on your 2024 ASAP Plan now and avoid the rush.  Early submission date for district credit is March 22, 2024.  Deadline for league credit is April 5, 2024.
        • Review the updates to your state's concussion laws
          
        • Conduct proper background checks
        • Review the duties of your league's Safety Officer
        • Be sure all families in your program understand the SafeSport initiative and the Little League Child Protection Program
          
        • Encourage all volunteers to complete the free Abuse Awareness For Adults course
