After defeating Mid-Atlantic earlier in the day 1-0, the team from Pitt County Girls Softball Little League in Winterville, North Carolina used a RBI triple from Candace Lynn and shutout pitching from Braelyn Johnson to win another 1-0 thriller to win the 2024 Little League Softball® World Series Championship, Presented by DICK'S Sporting Goods.
