Brian Henry
District 7 UIC, State Umpire Consultant, Southeast Region Umpire Staff
![]() Brian began his umpiring career in 1996 in northeast Georgia. He quickly became a student of the rules and mechanics, attending clinics and volunteering in the local leagues. Brian was appointed by his District Administrator and SE Region Director to umpire the Southern Region Junior League Tournament in 2002. His performance at the Junior Regional Tournament led to a recommendation for a World Series Tournament and in 2007, Brian was rewarded with an appointment to the Junior Baseball World Series Tournament.
Brian was appointed to the SE Region Umpire Staff in 2004 and has remained active on the staff teaching clinics in the 8 states of the Southeast Region, evaluating umpires at Regional Tournaments as well as continuing to stay active in his own district. Brian has been the UIC for Georgia District 7 since 2008 and the State Umpire Consultant for Georgia since 2010.
Don Dozier
District 2 UIC, Assistant State Umpire Consultant
![]() Don began umpiring in 1995 and became part of the District 2 umpire staff in 1996. In 2004 Don became the District 2 UIC. Don has been a state instructor since 1998 and has served as a Southern Region umpire instructor for six years.
Don has umpired all age groups of Little League at the District and State level. He was given the opportunity to call the Little League Regional in St. Petersburg, FL. and the Jr. Regional in Cartersville, GA and earned his World Series recommendation on both the small and big diamond in those tournaments. In 2007 Don was honored with an opportunity to do the Senior League Regional tournament. In 2008 Don was appointed to THE Little League World Series.
